Description

The objective of the project was to excavate snd record all archaeological deposits and features within the areas effected by the extraction. The only finds recorded from the site were prehistoric pieces of struck flint recovered from the topsoil. The pieces were not chronologicallyand so only a broad Neolithic or Bronze Age date can be suggested.
