Description
This barrow was excavated in 1938 by S and C M Piggott, who recorded a crouched inhumation in a central grave cut into the chalk, and a cremation burial near it. The inhumation was associated with a bell beaker and had a trepanned skull. The Piggots recorded the barrow mound as 17 feet in diameter and less than one foot high.
