Evaluation carried out prior to a proposed residential development. The evaluation consisted of the manual excavation of two trial pits, each 2m x 1m in plan. Trial Pit 1 revealed several subsoil cut features which were sealed by deposits containing post-medieval and modern finds, but did not themselves contain any finds to allow dating. Trial Pit 2 also revealed several subsoil cut features containing post-medieval finds in their upper fills. No medieval or earlier finds were recovered.
