Description

AC Archaeology monitored groundworks for a new drains and paths adjacent to Abbotsbury Abbey tithe barn. The work took place during January and February 1997. No in situ archaeological deposits were disturbed by the works, although a few artefacts including post-medieval peg tiles, pottery and prehistoric worked flint.
