Summary

A house built in the seventeenth and early eighteenth century. The front range was built around 1730, and this part of the building has walls of brick with burnt headers, set on a stone plinth with rusticated stone quoins, a moulded stone cornice and parapet. The roof is tiled with stone gable copings. The earlier rear wing has rubble-stone walls and a tiled roof with stone gable copings. Notable features of the exterior include the front door and surround. Surviving features of the interior are reported to include extensive flagstone floors, fireplaces, and stair case.
