Two storey early 19th century attached Cottage with dressed stone walls, slate roof, and brick stacks at each end of ridge. Three windows, sashes with thin glazing-bars and stone cills. Front door at centre. 20th century stone over front door with inscription "June 29th 1815 MALMAISON July 29th 1910."
