The New Holy Trinity Parish Church, by E S Prior 1887-9, comprises Nave, Chancel, and South Porch of rock-faced stone walls with a stone corbel table. The roofs are steeply pitched stone slab roofs with the chancel roof lower. The nave is of four bays, with buttresses, lancet windows and a continuous string/hood mould. There is a short bell-cote over the east gable of the nave. The South Porch has sides with trefoil windows and very deep inner reveals. The interior of the nave has four large single chamfered strainer-arches springing from low in the side-walls. The Chancel has steep arched timber braces.
The Stained Glass east window is probably by Lethaby and this church is believed to be one of the first in which 'Prior's glass' was used. The Altar front, of gesso, is also by Lethaby and was shown in the Arts and Crafts Exhibition of 1889.
