Summary

A Bronze Age bowl barrow. In 1950 this monument was reported as being around 70 feet in diameter with a mound about 3½ feet high. Visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs.

Full Description

A bowl barrow. Diameter 22 paces, height 3ft. <2-3> A grass covered bowl barrow 22.0m diameter and 1.5m high, with no visible ditch. <4> SY 611920. Round barrow 350 yds (320m) E of Little Hogleaze Farm. <6> SY 61119200. Bowl barrow, diameter 22.0m, height 1.0m, ploughed over. Re-surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <7> Site of a Bronze Age bowl barrow visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. <8-9>
