Summary

An 18th century townhouse, three storeys, with a symmetrical five-bay façade and hipped slate roof. A shopfront has been inserted to one side. This large townhouse was probably newly-built in the 18th century for a well-to-do merchant or master.

Full Description

An 18th century townhouse, three storeys, with a symmetrical five-bay stucco-ed façade and hipped slate roof. There are five ranges of sash windows with moulded architraves and a central doorway with a moulded architrave, cornice on brackets and panelled reveals. There is a shopfront inserted into the ground floor to the south of the entrance.
