                Two-storeyed stucco-fronted house with low pitched hipped slate roof and wide eaves with brackets, constructed c. 1840 (1). Connected to No.8 by a screen wall with a three-centred arch and flanking niches.
One of a group of four similar houses along the south side of East Road.
