Summary
A former mill house built in the eighteenth century, possibly incorporating an earlier building. The building has walls of dressed stone with a modern slate roof and brick chimney stacks. A chimney piece in one room may be older than eighteenth century in date.

Full Description
Possible two-storied mill building of several phases, very heavily converted into housing. The main building of is of 5 or 6 bays with a gabled roof, proportions suggest a late 18th century date. The full-height, 5-bay, narrow gabled extension attached to north side is built of rubble with red brick jambs, it was probably added in the mid-19th century. This has also been converted into housing. (1)
C18. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched modern slate roof. Coped gable ends. 2 contemporary red brick stacks. 2 storeys. Modillion eaves cornice. Domestic part to south has 3 ranges of sashes with glazing bars. 2 hipped dormers. Door with 2 fielded panels in wooden porch with arched entrance and hipped roof. Chimney piece in south room may perhaps be older than C18.
