Full Description
One of four houses (Nos. 48-56) linked by one-storey porches, on the west side of West Bay Road, which form part of a planned development called 'Portville', developed by Samuel Gundry junior, dated 1837. No.52 is a two-storey stucco-fronted house with low-pitched slate roof with wide eaves on shaped brackets with pendant balls. The front has three round-headed windows on first floor and a seven-bay cast iron verandah with Gothickf trellis work. (1)
