Summary
One of a group of tenement cottages of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, arranged in a quadrangle on the north side of St James's Street. All are two storeyed with rubble walls and thatched or tiled roofs. The RCHME (1972) do not differentiate the individual properties.

Full Description
ST 8602 2263 Old Pump Court comprises a group of cottages of late C18th to early C19th arranged in a quadrangle. All tenenments are rubble walled with thatched and slated roofs, and two-storeyed. Pump is centre of court. <1-2>
