No. 13, together with nos. 15 & 17, form three attached cottages. Early - mid nineteenth century. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roof with gable-ends. Brick stacks on ridge, left and right of centre. 2 storeys. 6 windows in total.

Brick stacks on ridge, left and right of centre. 2 storeys. 6 windows in total. 2-light cast-iron casements with glazing-bars, three 3-light casements (same type) to ground floor. Wooden cills. Front doors; No 13, approached through passageway at left hand side, fully glazed door, C20. No 15, with upper half glazed, C20, and segmental arch over, at left side of cottage.
