The easternmost of three former cottages making the modern 49 West Street. Attached Cottage. Mid C19. Random rubble-stone walls. Slate roof with boxed eaves. Brick stacks at each end. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 2- and 3-light cast-iron casements with glazing-bars, wooden cills, dressed stone voussoirs. Plank door, right of centre, with one glass light, C19.
