Summary

A house formed from two cottages, themselves formerly one dwelling, built in the late 18th century. The building has walls of stone rubble, covered in render at the back, with brick quoins and window dressings. The roof is covered in slate with stone gable copings and brick chimney stacks. Later additions include a 20th-century porch.
