Listed Building record MDO14530 - The Rectory and Glebe House, Trent
Please read our guidance about the use of Dorset Historic Environment Record data.
Summary
Rectory and attached private dwelling, formerly also part of the rectory. A fifteenth-century doorway in the north wall of the building appears to be part of an earlier building, but most of the present building looks much later in date. The west range is seventeenth century, re-fronted in the early eighteenth century, and there is a mid nineteenth-century range at right-angles, facing south. Additions to the east and north were made in the twentieth century. The building has walls of rubble and tiled roofs.
