Summary

One of two cottages formed by the conversion a farmhouse built in the late seventeenth or early eighteenth century, subsequently extended. The building has walls of coursed rubble stone with a Ham Stone plinth and plat-band. The roof is covered in Roman tiles with stone copings, and it has brick chimney stacks.
