Summary
A public house built in the late sixteenth or early seventeenth century. The west wing was added later, probably in the eighteenth century. The building has walls of rubble stone, partly covered in plaster, and a thatched roof with brick chimney stacks. Surviving original features of the interior are reported to include a large open fireplace and chamfered ceiling beams.
