Full Description
1871, G E Street, carved by T W Earp. Octagonal plinth with pedestal verts on 3 steps. Octagonal base has 4 sculptured panels (Nativity, Crucifixion, Ascension, Martyrdom of St Peter) alternating with lower foliage panels. Ribbed shaft on moulded base has foliage capital supporting boldly foliated cross with central boss.
