Full Description

Picturesque stucco building, circa 1840, with 2-storey stucco gable to road; sash window with Tudor hoodmould to each floor. Overhanging eaves, pierced bargeboards bluish brick chimney on ridge. Lean-to porch, also with pierced bargeboard, has weatherboarded half-gable with decorative fringe over recessed panelled door. Flanks and rear of pinkish brick, shallow segmental heads to ground floor windows, 1st floor window rising into eaves.
