Summary
Early 19th century. Originally a Masonic Hall, now a house and offices. Stuccoed facade with cornice and parapet. String course at 1st floor. Centre bay advanced. 2 storeys. 3 windows and a blank window in the attic, above which the parapet is ramped up on each side to form a centre pedestal, on which stands a vase. High centre doorway with Corinthian columns, pediment and semi-circular fanlight. Iron railings form quadrant at each side of doorway. Side railed wall to rear.
