Early/mid 19th century. Stucco facade with cornice and wide, bracketed eaves. Modern pantiled roof. Moulded string course connects 1st floor sills. 2 storeys 3 windows, 1 in lower recessed south-eastern part above carriage arch to rear, arch has keystones and impost bands. Altered 19th century shop front retains pilasters; end consoles and vertical cast iron glazing bars with decorated spandrels. Side shop door.
