Summary
19th century. Architect Benjamin Ferrey. Lodge built in form of a gatehouse with arched, off centre, gabled entrance across road into cemetery. Stone with ashlar dressings and tiled roof. Asymmetrical design. Of 1 and 1 1/2 storeys. Entrance has ground floor window with relieving arch above and gabled dormer. Further window in 1 storey lower outshut. To right of entrance a single low window.
