Listed Building record MDO15864 - Dutch Cottages and Haven Cottages, 1-4 Mudeford Quay, Mudeford, Christchurch

Late 17th/early 18th century building now 4 flats, stuccoed, south end tarred brick. Old tiled roof, with stone verges on east side, and coped gable ends. Very large external chimney stack in centre of east wall. Gabled cross wing at rear. 2 1/2 storeys with 2 hipped dormers on western facade. 6 windows including 1 in angled bay at north side, 1st floor windows mostly late 18th/early 19th century casements, those of ground floor early sashes with boxed frames and thick glazing bars. 3 doors, northern one of 6 panels, top 4 now glazed, 2 have wooden porches.
