Late 18th/early 19th century. Roughcast facade with tarred plinth and slate roof. 2 storeys. 2 windows, sashes with moulded boxed frames those of 1st floor with glazing bars. Centre door with architrave and flat canopy on brackets. Eastern side has 1 storey outshut with 1 sash, similar frame and late 19th century glazing (western outshut not included)
