Summary
A detached single-storey cottage with attic thought to have been built in the 18th century, but with later additions and alterations. The building has cob walls and a thatched roof with a brick chimney stack. In 1975 it was reported that surviving interior features included a large open fireplace with a wooden lintel, and ceiling beams.
