Summary
Formal terraced and topiary gardens at Parnham House created around 1911-14 on the site of late 19th century gardens. Earlier features include a mid 18th century walled kitchen garden situated 100 metres north of the house.

Full Description
Early C20 formal terraced and topiary gardens, 5 1/2ha. Terrace to south with twin pavilions c.1911-14. Walled kitchen garden, mid C18, 100m north of house. Ice house, C18, 250m to north-north-west. Lodge, c.1911, 300m to east-south-east (now private house). Surviving formal scheme established for H Sauer, 1911-14. [Full topographical description]. Additional references, not consulted. <5>
