Summary

A house thought to have been built in the early eighteenth century on a cross-passage plan. The building has walls of brick and stone, the front covered in plaster, and a thatched roof with brick chimney stacks. A brick outbuilding at one end may have been a stable, with a loft door and hoist. Surviving features of the interior are reported to include a large open fireplace and bread oven.
