Summary

A house, formerly a lodge to South Lytchett Manor, situated about 700 metres east of the house. The building was designed by the architect W D Caroe in Edwardian Baroque style. It has roughcast walls with dressings of Ham Stone and a slate-covered pyramidal roof with a central chimney stack with a moulded capping. There is a date stone ‘1905’ on the chimney. The side of the building facing the drive has a three-arched loggia with rusticated piers.
