Summary
An oval hollow or structure immediately east of roundhouse 514 within enclosure 1, exposed during the 1993 excavations at Maiden Castle First School undertaken by AC archaeology. Its precise function is unknown but it may have been an activity area or small structure serving the adjacent roundhouse.
