Summary
A bowl barrow reported as being around 54 feet in diameter with a ditch and a mound around 2½ feet high. The barrow is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs.

Full Description
Four bowl barrows at wide intervals in W-E line along spine of ridge above 400ft contour at Osmington. (D) Ditched bowl (?) (75208257) 90 yds. E of (C). Diam. 54 ft., ht. 2 1/2 ft. <1> <3>
'D' SY 75198257. Bowl barrow in pasture. Diameter 14.0m., height 0.9m. No visible ditch. Both of these barrows ('C') and ('D') appear to have been ploughed down. Re-surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <4>
The barrow is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 2002 and 2009 <5-6>. The barrow is sub-circular in shape and measures approximately 12 m in diameter. The barrow is scheduled together with two others (see MDO1831 and MDO1830). This feature was digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
