A ditch or gully recorded during construction of a water main between Empool and Chalbury in 1991.

Full Description

A feature interpreted as a ditch or gully, with a shallow, irregular profile. The orientation of the feature could not be determined. It was 1.3m wide and 0.3m deep. No dating evidence was recovered. An apparently isolated feature with no evidence observed for associated structures. Interpreted as probably either a drainage ditch or former field boundary.
