Summary

Long buildings of the stone dressing and masonry works of Messrs Albion Stone. There were buildings of a ‘Factory’ here in 1959 and these have since been modified, with some demolition at the north east end and the rest greatly extended towards the south west. In 2007 the area immediately to the north was a level stock yard for finished products awaiting dispatch.

Full Description

Long buildings of the stone dressing and masonry works of Messrs Albion Stone. There were buildings of a ‘Factory’ here in 1959 (1) and these have since been modified, with some demolition at the north east end and the rest greatly extended towards the south west. In 2007 the area immediately to the north was a level stock yard for finished products awaiting dispatch. (2)
