Landing craft/vehicle/personnal carrier. The probable location of the 1984 wreck of small British personnel/vehicle landing ship, which foundered 3 miles NE of Handfast Point while under tow between Poole and the Solent when her bow-ramp opened causing her to flood. She may have been built during WWII as this type of vessel was commonly used in the D-Day landings.
