Full Description
'This pleasure yacht sank following an explosion believed to have been caused by butane gas.' (1)
'Sank after explosion.' (1, citing Lloyds List)
The vessel had been charted by the UK Hydrographic Office at 50°24'.035 N, 002°37'.078 W; but when the wreckage could not be found in a 2003 Gardline survey at the charted position, the Hydrographic Office record was amended to DEAD, which means that the location of her remains is still unknown.
When, where built and by whom is not known.
Dimensions and construction material is not known but it is possible that as a pleasure yacht she was built of wood.
Source 1 give her tonnage as 20 grt.
