Full Description
An extensive Iron Age or Roman field system, visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs. The system extends for over 2kms along Waterston Ridge. Parts are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs dating to the 1940's but much is now eroded by ploughing. The system includes sites recorded in MDO2238 and MDO2507. {1-6}
