Summary
A Bronze Age bowl barrow to the east of Eggardon, one of a small cluster of three. In 1952 this monument was reported as being around 36 feet in diameter with a mound about 4 feet high, and possible traces of a surrounding ditch.

Full Description
A bowl barrow. Diameter 12 paces, height 3 1/2 ft. <2>
One of a group of barrows which are grass covered, but on arable land, and have all been ploughed over in recent years. Barrow H: A bowl barrow with unsurveyable traces of a ditch. Diameter of mound, 12 metres; height 1.3 metres. The barrow has been dug out on top, and is also surmounted by an Ordnance Survey Triangulation Station. <4>
A Bronze Age bowl barrow on Eggardon Hill, forming part of a barrow cemetery. The barrow is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs. <5-6>
