A banked enclosure of possible Iron Age or Romano-British date, is visible as soilmarks on aerial photographs. It is located on the slope of a hill just east of Hampton Plantations. Two other enclosures (MDO21690 and MDO21691) are located on the summit of the hill to the north and may be contemporary with it. {1}
