A lime kiln recorded as ‘old limekiln’ on the first edition (1885-8) Ordnance Survey map, but not shown on the second edition (1900-1901) map. The date of this kiln is not known but it is most likely to be late nineteenth century.

Site of a lime kiln recorded as ‘old limekiln’ on the first edition (1885-8) Ordnance Survey map, but not shown on the second edition (1900-1901) map. The date of this kiln is not known but it is most likely to be nineteenth century. It is associated with a small quarry. No trace of the structure now survives.
