Full Description
Two disused quarries are visible as earthworks on aerial photograph to the north-west of Gribb Farm. They are marked on the OS 1st Edition map and considered likely to be 19th century in origin. A small oblong mound lying inside the northern quarry is possibly a spoil heap. {1}
