(ST 40370056) Standing Stone (NR). (1)
The stone on Sliding Hill, near half-a-mile NE of the church, is of local limestone and was probably deposited and left protruding in a landslip. (2)
This stone, on Sliding Hill, is 2.0 metres high, 2.0 metres wide and 1.0 metre thick. It is a natural feature, the result of a landslide which has caused it to be set in its present position.
