Fragments of a later prehistoric field system are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs to the south-west of Hampton Barn {1-4}. The field boundaries lie on a different alignment to the field system described in MDO24177 which lies immediately to the south. The features were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
