A linear bank and associated ditch are visible as an earthwork and a cropmark on aerial photographs {1-2}. The date and function of this feature is uncertain. However it appears to respect the modern field pattern and is therefore considered likely to be a field boundary of medieval or later date. This feature was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
