Banked field boundaries of uncertain origin are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs {1-2}. They appear to respect the modern field pattern so are likely to be of a medieval or later date. These features were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
