Summary
A wide double-banked feature is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs at Ship Farm, Stanton St Gabriel. It runs westward from the A35 immediately to the south of Ship Knapp lane. It is possibly the remains of an historic drove road. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Full Description
A wide double-banked feature is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 at Ship Farm, Stanton St Gabriel (1). It runs westward from the A35 immediately to the south of Ship Knapp lane. It is possibly the remains of an historic drove road. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP, slight earthworks are still visible on more recent Google Earth imagery.
