A series of parallel ditched field boundaries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs {1} extending away from the properties to the west of Watery Lane, Upwey. The features are 10-20m apart and are considered to be medieval property boundaries. The features were digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
