A smooth silver hammered coin, which is possibly a milled coin. It is holed for wearing and, although it is flat, there are crease marks, showing that it had been bent as a love token. The coin was found at Troy Town Farm, Puddletown.

Silver hammered - possibly a milled coin - smooth - holed for wearing - flat but does have crease marks showing that it had been bent as a love token - diameter 19mm - circa sixteenth to seventeenth century AD (1).
