Summary
One of a group of eight bowl barrows recorded on Grimstone Down. In 1952 this monument was recorded as being 27 feet in diameter with a mound 2½ feet high. The mound has been disturbed, probably as a consequence of antiquarian investigation.

Full Description
Barrow 'G' - SY 64749562 one of six grass covered bowl barrows varying from 6.5 to 16 metres in diameter and 0.7 to 2 metres high. <2>

The bowl barrow is generally as described by Authority <4>. The measurements are now 9.8 metres in diameter and 0.8 metres high. Barrow revised at 1:2500 on MSD. <5>
