The eastern half of a small rectilinear ditched enclosure (27m across) is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs on the north side of Hewish Hill {1-2}. It is considered to be of medieval or post medieval date and was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
